Whatever fitness endeavours your group is looking for we can help. Next Phase can cater for groups from 3 to 30 people with both indoor and outdoor sessions available.
Group sessions are a great way to train with friends, and they’re also a cheaper alternative to one on one training. Even though you are in a group situation with your training sessions, we still offer all the extras that our one on one clients receive, like nutritional assistance and ideas to ensure you are living a healthy lifestyle.
The following and many other sessions can be organised, even if you wanted something different each week, that can be arranged.
