than a normal gym to help those who wanted to lose weight, become fitter, get stronger, or simply<br />
improve their quality of life.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Xpress SF';">Next Phase Health &amp; Fitness</span> is a private personal training studio, in the heart of Ascot Vale in Melbourne,<br />
which gives patrons the opportunity to relax and concentrate solely on exercise and achieving their<br />
goals. By taking advantage of the expertise of the trainers, patrons are assisted and encouraged in<br />
all aspects of their health and fitness.</p>
<p>We pride ourselves on our professionalism, positive attitude towards fitness, and friendly nature, and<br />
we will do everything possible to help anyone who walks through the studio doors and wants to<br />
improve their life.</p>
