With a huge following in the USA, CrossFit groups are now being introduced in Australia and becoming more and more popular with people who want to work hard but are time poor.
CrossFit’s speciality is not specialising. All programs are designed to ensure that anybody of any fitness level can participate, but at the same time ensure you receive a great workout.
Most sessions run for 30-40 minutes, and cover a variety of exercises and training principles with each session being different from the one before.
